Return Policy for Handmade Crochet Goods

Due to the handmade nature of our crochet products, we have a limited return policy. We take great care in creating each item and ensure its quality before shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
• Include your order number in your communication

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items due to the unique nature of handmade crochet goods. Please carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5-10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do offer direct exchanges for hat sizes. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
